i got the form tm 7 is required , also tm 30, pictures of house i am stayjng with photo of me in each room , a map of the house for location , police clearance cert , medical and health jnusurance is all stated on phathum thani form , even it states it on the form can i ignore medical and police clearance i can get health cover probably best i do cover myself in the event of any mishaps in my old age of 53 .

I got ais sim card and phone in my name but how do you get proof of that

the airline has counted my days , and the insurance for health cover has given me the 90 days, which correspond with my dates .

can I apply for that extension before the 90 days is up ? Like a month in advance, I believe if I had money in thai bank for 2 months , that maybe possible right ?

I got a non o retirement from uK 90 days single entry , it's my first time to Thailand I will extend for one year when I am there , open bank account etc, do I have to request multiple entry extension and will they allow it , as my first 90 day visa is single entry ?

If your on retirment visa, and as they say you are not allowed to work on a retirement visa, then why would you pay tax, you are not earning anything to be able to pay tax right ?? Retired means retired , relax don't do anything, retired dementia , forget to fill in any forms . Yeah I can understand if you earning an income there then got to tel them.

I have also Been Told to Stay away from Any American companies for health insurance, you got to go through hoops even on your death Bed to get any claim sorted . Typical America really .
