retirement extension - u need 800k in bank .. 400k for thai wife visa which is not a retirement visa

You can book online for appointment.. it helps a lot … also book for multiple entry.. I do not see the need for an agent if you have funds sorted … once u are in the agent process it can cause problems later if you try to renew without
