TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the necessity of filing a 90-day report while on a 3-month Non-O visa and planning to extend it to a year in December. In the comments, it is clarified that typically, if you are on a 90-day visa entry, you do not need to file a 90-day report because it does not exceed 90 days. However, it is important to apply for the 1-year extension before overstaying the visa to avoid penalties.

Your day 90 is today 12th. If you have not already applied for your 1yr extension you will be on overstay from tomorrow. Do not get spot checked or stopped in a car/bar/restaurant etc as you will be arrested , detained and given a 5yr ban
Generally if you're on a 90 day visa entry, you do not have to do a 90 day report because you're not on a stay that can exceed 90 days. I'm assuming you got the 60 day "visiting Thai family" extension or else you wouldn't be able to apply for your 1 year extension because you'd be on overstay by then.
You should receive a piece of paper stapled into your passport when you get your 1 year extension, which will have the date for your first 90 day report. This will be the first time you're on a stay that can exceed 90 days.
