no visa needed. You enter on visa exemption for 60 days. You can extend for 30 if you want to.

they have not been there for long enough. And I believe we are not always told when entering but it’s on us as visitors of a country to know what our duties are. We can also say I was not told I needed a visa before entering. You look it up you do your research. Every foreigner staying more than 90 days needs to report. It’s the law
