Hey Guys, Just want to get my questionable plans sorted out and verified that I'm doing everything correctly,

I am a UK Citizen, Leaving the UK to go Travelling around ASIA, Starting off in Thailand, My flight is Leaving Gatwick on the 9th September 2024 which is a week away. Last minutes nerves are kicking in (Haven't been abroad since I was 8)

Flight Plan -

Gatwick to Dubai

1Hr 25 Min Layover - Self Transfer and Baggage Claim - Transport Visa Document Might be Needed? Can anybody confirm this.

Dubai to Suvrambhami Airport

I will arriving and planning getting through customs and border with the *Visa Exemption* rule, I have an onward flight planned for November 5th going on to further travelling.

I am able to provide finances of £485 a month minimum

Do I need to worry about being turned away because I have no visa secure before travel?

Hi there , I’m preparing to fly on 8 September to Bkk and I bought a return ticket for April 2025 . I now need to get a cheap ticket to fly out of Thailand around 26 October to show I have an onward flight to Qatar airways . I’m looking for suggestions on airlines to nearby countries to purchase a cheap return ticket. I looked at the onward flight tickets that has been suggested but I’m not wanting any complications so would be happy to buy cheap return ticket. Any suggestions welcome

EDIT: I’ve been already this year I did Thailand > Vietnam > Cambodia > Thailand. However I was with family then. Will this change anything?

Hey, I’m gonna be coming as a 18 year old solo traveller. First time travelling solo. I’m not sure when I’m going to be heading home from Thailand when I arrive but in the Thai Embassy website it says I need to show a return ticket or onward ticket to an officer to be allowed in. What do I do? Thanks in advance.

I’ve tried to research online but it’s very confusing, please can someone advise me?

I am a uk citizen and I used the 30 free days on arrival, then extended at the immigration office for another 30 days.

During this I visited Laos for a week and returned via the land border crossing and got another 30 free days (it was just a few days before they extended it to 60 🥲).

Can I extend again at immigration or not?

Can I get another 30 free days by exiting and re-entering or not?

Thank you ☺️

Hi All,

I have just flown back into Thailand today, but the immigration officer has only stamped me in for 30 days rather than the 60 days I am allowed on my multi entry visa. I only just realised when I got back to my accommodation. Can I go to an immigration office to have this corrected? Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone 😊 I want to ask if there is an exchange booth at Suvarnabhumi airport before immigration control. I have to pay fee for my cat and only thing I know that it’s has to be paid in cash . On website they don’t specify if baht or it can be paid in euros/dollars . AQS station should be next to carousel no.8 but I have no idea how it looks like on the airport 😂 . Thank you

Hello all! Does anyone have experience or advice for a Thai citizen to get a Visa to visit USA? I have a friend wanting to come visit, but after hours of research I cannot seen to find any real solid information. Some places say buy airline tickets first before interview to show return flight, others say wait for Visa approval.

It looks like the B2 visit is what they are looking for for tourism visit, but could they take some English classes here and travel as student? Since this can be a costly process, I am hoping some here have some advice about best chances of making this happen.

Thanks in advance!
