My and my husband are both on DTV (not that it matters) and we need to do the 90 days report
My question is do we need to go ourselves or can we use an agent?
Also if we need to go ourselves, can my husband go for both of us?
I am 5 months pregnant and would rather avoid the drive back and forth feom Koh Lanta to Krabi.
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting for Thai DTV visa holders can often be handled by either spouse or an agent, depending on the policies of the local immigration office. Many users suggest that you can report online or send the documents by mail. However, if it's your first report, some locations may require you to report in person. You can check with your condo's office, as they might offer this service for a small fee.
My condo will do this for me. If you are staying in a condo you may want to ask the office if that is a service they provide (my condo charges like 100 baht or something).

No requirement for you to be there in person. It just requires the completed and signed form and the passport. Either one of you can do it or an agent can do it for both of you.
"in person" means someone has to go to the immigration office. But that doesn't mean it has to be you. It just means the online option isn't available.
Try to do it online. If it donβt work, go by yourself to Immigration or try via an Agent. In some areas you have to 1st at Immigration office, next is online possible

I fail to understand how one person reporting for another person counts as 'reporting in person'.. surely the whole point is you attend in person and produce your passport for verification.. which by definition includes a visual test.. easier to do online once you've done your first report in person.. but people that choose to live in remote places need to bear this in mind!
In general, that is not how Thailand works.. visa's (or permissions of stay) are granted to each person individually.. and they rarely grant exceptions.. my non-o visa is dependent upon my wife.. we live in the same house and we will always live in the same house.. but she cannot do my 90-day report for me!
It depends on your Immigration Office. You can do it online, but your office may say you have to do it in person the first time.

Actually it does matter that you're on a DTV. I just posted this an hour ago and this is my experience - but in Bangkok although I usually also live on Ko Lanta.
it should be much easier for you at Krabi. My point is that I went to an immigration office to complete a 90-day report but I was told because it is under the category of DTV I need to go to a different office.
you do the 90 days report on the Immigration which serves the area where you reside. there is nothing such as a "special office" for the 90-days reports. There just might be a separate counter inside "your" Immigration office where you will be serviced
check out Chamchuri Square, Bangkok where I went earlier and spoke with the staff. I was explicitly told that they do not do 90 day reports for DTV holders. They do 90 day reports for other visa types. Others can confirm so I would suggest refrain from commenting with inaccurate information.
a guy on a DTV I know personally, just did his first 90-days report at the Immigration Hua Hin two weeks ago. Now here you are at square one. What should we do regarding your inaccurate information? ππ
there are 85 Immigration Offices in Thailand. YOUR advice is only good for Chamchurri Square Immigration. Now please let us know how the other 84 Immigration offices are interpreting the 90 days report duty for DTV holders π π before you accuse me of spreading inaccurate information !
it's common knowledge in all Facebook Thailand-related groups that the first report must be done physically. And there are reports that the online system will refuse you after you had been outside of Thailand for a longer spell. Because within this period outside of the country, you will be kicked off the system after the 90 days are completed, and after re-entering, you need to do the first report in person, again
