Hi Tim, any specific documents they require for the 40k monthly requirement? Or is a bank statement from TH bank account showing the monthly deposits / transfers sufficient?

thanks for the reply. I was under the impression that the financial requirement for 1y extension non o based on marriage was either the 400k for 2months OR a minimum of 40k transferred from a foreign account into a TH account under my name. (Consistant for 12mnths prior of application)

So the later is actually not accepted?

Hi Tod, a quick question regarding Method 2 you mention - the 40K into a Thai Bank account under your own name (international transfers) Does this income have to be validated by the respective Embassy?

Great, Thanks for the quick answer Tod, So just to clarify: the 400K does not have to come from an abroad bank account? I can simply put 400K from any thai Bank account into my own Thai bank account, where i let the money mature for the 2 months? Did i understand that correctly?
