Can I extend my DTV at immigration in Samut Prakan although my home is in Bangkok?

If no, could I just get a TM30 from a hotel in Samut Prakan and then be ok?

I am at the immigration office now in Samut Prakan and there is a notice saying. Moving back to the old immigration office. From the 1st April. Hope this is only a April Fools joke as the office now is only 5 min away from me.

400k 2 months prior. Photos. Ko ror 2. Rental contract + id/house book from landlord. TM30. 90-day report. Bunch of copies and so on.

Might move to Samut Prakan and just want to be cautious of the different requirements, if there’s any.

I have a question about extension based on marriage, using salary as proof.

I am married and recently used my work here and salary as proof of finances. I am going to leave this job, and ideally would like to have a couple months off before working again.

My question is, does this void my visa or create complications next extension? Ideally, I’d rather stay on the visa I have but if I have to renew with different proof of funds, I’ll do it.

I expect I have to change, but I’m thinking, they only needed 3 months proof for the last extension, so if I start a job in a few months, will it even matter?

Hi, I‘m staying in Samut Prakan, arrived 1st of December with Hungarian passport and now would like to apply for a tourist visa to stay in Thailand another 45 days. Is that right that I have to apply at the Samut Prakan immigration office? ☺️ Thank you.

So, I went to Samat Prakan Immigration Office to get a 30-day extension (necessary so that I can renew my US passport), and I was given the "Notification Form For House-Master, Owner or Possessor of the Residence Where Alien Has Stayed." I brought this back to my small hotel, and was eventually put in contact with the owner via phone. He said sorry, cannot help. I presume that I now need to change residence and have new house-master or owner fill out this form then go back to immigration?
