Hi people, hope everyone is doing well under the current circumstances.

I would like some advice on my situation:

1. I'm on a Non-Imm O ME based on marriage to a Thai National.(Visa valid until 20Nov2020)

1. I have to stamp out on 2 may.

obviously we can't know for certain what is going to happen end of this month regarding lifting/easing of the rules currently in place. My guess is that, although some provincial lockdown rules will be lifted, the borders will probably remain closed for a while.

so no border bounce possible.

I heard that it is possible to get a 60 day extension of stay based on marriage?

Is this also possible with a NonO ME based on marriage?

And if the extension is obtained will did cancel my original visa or can I just contineu border bouncing after the extension of stay is finished?

If this is possible can someone provide the requirements or a link with the requirements?

thanks in advance and stay safe :)

You can apply for the 60 day Extension of Stay based on family visit.

There is not 1 list to cover all to the more than 70 Immigration offices, best option is to give them a call or a visit for the hand out with requirements

Thanks for the quick reply Robert. Do you happen to know if after the extension is finished my original visa is still valid?
