Don’t you think that the fact you were called in at 8-30am and had an appointment for 8-30am was more than a coincidence? It doesn’t matter now but just saying. I have made appointments at CW twice now for different reasons and on both occasions was called up within two minutes of the appointment time and people who had taken a queue ticket on the day were made to wait longer.
So your concern is that you have bought an onward ticket from Thailand to somewhere and you are concerned about what you would do with that ticket if you are refused entry? The answer to that is to refund that ticket isn’t it? I don’t understand why you think that you might be refused entry after you have lived and worked here for so many years. Unless there is something that you aren’t mentioning?🤔. Your onward ticket 56 days after arrival complies with the onward travel requirement so as long as you have sufficient funds you are in good shape aren’t you?
Contact Thailand Elite and ask them about the 6 month extension that members are eligible for due to the travel restrictions during covid. I arrived back from an overseas trip last December expecting to be stamped in till the expiry of my elite visa in
June of this year. I was surprised when they stamped me in until December of this year and they explained that members had been granted a 6 month extension of privileges due to Covid. You might get a 6 month extension that way. Worth contacting them to ask but note that if you are already in the country it will entail you having to make a trip to CW to get your stay extended if you are eligible
I think 1178 is the number for immigration enquiries but I have never used it. You could also try following up by email to

I have tried emailing them in the past to follow up a 90 day report submitted by the app. The report was approved but I don’t know if it was because of my email.😃
If I remember correctly the 7 days to leave isn’t automatic. You have to submit a request for extension form which will be rejected and you get 7 days to leave otherwise you will have to leave the same day that you cancel the work extension.
I did my marriage extension in July at CW and submitted a TM30 without a check out date entered and it wasn’t questioned. If your last TM30 shows a check out date which has passed you could always submit a new TM30 notification online to cover all possibilities.
I would suggest that you don’t lose anything by submitting online but be prepared to do it in person if unsuccessful. It doesn’t matter what anyone’s opinion is as the decision is made by the IO.
If by PR you mean Permanent Residency that is a whole different ballgame and is subject to many additional requirements such as language skills and quotas. There is no automatic pathway to permanent residency from a marriage extension as far as I know.
