TLDR : Answer Summary
A rejection of your 90-day online reporting in Thailand can occur for various reasons. Key causes include not providing the landlord's information, failure to submit a TM30 form after changing locations, mismatched address details, or incorrect visa/extension information. It's crucial to ensure the TM30 form is current and that the landlord has updated your registration. If this is your first report after arriving or after traveling abroad, you must report in person. If you're facing issues, contacting your local immigration office for advice is recommended.
Happens all the time for no particular reason it seems. Mine was rejected too this time even though it was the same info I give every time and was in the correct time windows.

You have to do it 14-7 days before the due date. Your TM30 must be current.
You have to go in person if it's the first time after overseas travel (or just the first time);or a new passport (the 90 day system is not linked to immigration).
A lot of people say that but that is not true - whether you have to go in person or not the 1st time depends on your immi! I did my 1st online and that was accepted! I tried because someone in this group said his 1st application was approved and he did it online. I would say try online first - it might save you a trip and the worst that can happen is that it's rejected and you have to go.
Fair comment Kim. I sometimes forget that each office seems to make up its own rules. Since I'm travelling this weekend I will definitely be trying that myself later in the year.
Did you check that the landlord at your new location has submitted an updated TM30 for your stay? If not ask him/her to do it then try again. Was any reason for rejection given in the rejection email? If it was your first report after arriving in Thailand it will inform you that first report after arrival has to be done in person or something similar.
