My first 90 day report after returning from a trip overseas on 31 December 2024 is due on 30th March. I have tried to submit online but as expected every submission online has been rejected with the reason “For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.”
My question is can my wife take my passport, completed and signed TM47 form, TM30 copy, copy of passport pages ( photo page, entry stamp, stay extension stamp and original Non O visa copy) and submit on my behalf or do I need to attend in person? I made an appointment for 27th March anticipating rejection of online submission but I would prefer not to go myself as my mobility isn’t great.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if their wife can submit their 90-day report to the immigration office in Thailand on their behalf due to mobility issues. The consensus from commenters is that it is permissible for the wife to submit the necessary documents (TM47 form, passport, etc.). No Power of Attorney is required, and the original passport along with the completed TM47 form is sufficient for the submission.
