I don't yet have this.
I am currently in a sublet. The original Thai landlord can peovide me TM30, copy of their title deeds and ID, but the rental agreement is between them and the person I am subletting from.
Is it possible in this circumstance for me to get the residency certificate?

5. Muay Thai class 9 months enrollment paper
6. Muay Thai school company registration paper (provided by school)
I re-enter BKK in Feb 28th. While Immigration officer in Suvanabui found i had work visa, tourist visa and ED visa previously, she took me to a separately room, and asked for details. I replied everything honestly and showed her the login page of Muay Thai class. About 10 min talk, she gave me the stamp
Is it true that even tho we have a dtv visa we still have to go every 3 months to the immigration office? In order not to pay a fine? Cause I have to exit every 180 days anyway. I don't know why people told me to go to the immigration office after 3 months .
Can someone please direct me to the website for 90 day report? Can the first one be done online or need to be in person? I can’t seem to find it online unfortunately.
On another note, does the TM30 need to be done every single time by my landlord when I leave Thailand and come back from any overseas trip?
I just got approved for DTV from Los Angeles and I wanted to share my experience.
Applied February 4th and got approved February 14th.
Applied under soft power and pre-paid muay thai classes for 9 months. This school had many branches and it was close to my condo. 9 months was the only length they had.
Provided only 1 month of bank statement. Drivers license for proof of residence in the US. Flight number but no proof of flight purchased required. Condo address in Bangkok but didn't have to show proof of a lease.
It was fairly easy. They didn't ask for any more info. Just be careful with the birthday. It kept changing on its own by one day or one year. Make sure you look at your birthday carefully on the last page before you submit. Also, I have a hyphen in my middle name and I thought I forgot to put it in the application. Make sure your name looks identical to your passport.
