I assume that you have already had the Covid extension from Elite. If not you should ask them. Everyone who was on an Elite visa during Covid should have received a 6 month extension. My Elite visa was due to expire in June 2024 but when I came back from overseas on 31 December 2023 I was stamped in until December 2024 so I asked the Elite rep at the airport why and she showed me a copy of a letter authorising a 6 months extension due to the inability to travel freely during Covid. If you haven’t had this you should ask them about it as it could make life a lot easier for you.

If Elite told you to go to immigration with their staff I would do exactly that and not try to interfere with the process by doing something different. I was in Thailand on an Elite visa during Covid and had to get a stay extension at CW as the borders were closed. The Elite staff met me at CW were very professional and walked me through the process very quickly and efficiently. I think you will find that the IO’s won’t do anything with an Elite visa without the correct documentation from TE. You have paid a lot of money for that visa so you might as well let them earn it

There is no harm in trying to submit on line but you should plan on doing it in person as you will probably get a rejection like this.

You might want to allow half a page for a Reentry stamp too unless you don’t intend leaving Thailand after you get your extension.

I presume that the owner submitted a TM30 for you did she and gave you a copy that you submitted to immigration? I only mention it because you didn’t mention that you had it and submitted it.

This is the email that I received from immigration the last time I tried to do an online report after returning to Thailand. Note that I submitted online 5 times and got the same response each time. Does that help?

. Perhaps you could go and check into a cheap hotel for a day, get a copy of the TM30 from the hotel and use that to do your 90 day report?

I have noticed that with BKK Bank if you transfer a Baht amount from overseas it codes as Bahtnet but if you transfer a specified amount of foreign currency it codes as Foreign TT. FYI

That’s what I did. I made an appointment 30 days before the due date then submitted online 5 times from 15 days before the due date each of which was rejected then used the appointment that I had previously booked to submit in person. If you have an appointment waiting time is just minutes in my experience so minimal time wasted.

Exactly. I submitted my report online 5 times and got the same response every time so my wife did it for me using an appointment that I had made as a plan B a month earlier.
