That’s odd then. When I have had unexplained rejections in the past I just keep resubmitting and it goes through. The only time that I have had repeated rejections is when it’s my first report after an overseas trip

Did you check that you entered the address in exactly the same way as your TM30?

If I recall correctly your employer needs to obtain a WP3 pre approval document from the Department of Labor in order for you to apply for a non B at a Thai Consulate overseas. The last time I tried to do it I was rejected due to lack of WP3 so I just entered Thailand on a VE stamp and applied for the non B in Thailand. I would suggest that entering on a VE and applying for the non B visa in country is the easiest way forward but whatever he decides it needs to be coordinated with the employer.

Good point.

I was blocked by the BBL App because I hadn’t updated my passport details with AIS which is inconvenient because they have ended web based banking. You can still use atms but that’s it.

I noticed when I was at immigration office last week that the evisa extension system is live now. I wonder if that can be used for VE entries? I looked at the website at the time and it said that it was only for tourist visas. Does that mean TV’s issued by consulates overseas or does it include VE? Just a thought. If they include non O visas in the future it could save a lot of time printing out copies of documents. Here’s hoping

I think that’s normal for CW. It was the same last year but I believe it’s different for other offices

There is one other option that might suit your situation if you don’t mind spending the money and that is you could get a Thailand Elite visa. 5 or 10 years available. Multiple entry so come and go as you please.

I will take an updated KR2 along next year just in case. They didn’t ask me for anything that I didn’t already have so that will do for me.

Interesting that you were asked for the updated KR2 and I wasn’t. Perhaps it depends on the particular IO. Good point about getting your documents checked at L1 counter 27. I also had to do that.

Did you remember to include a self addressed stamped envelope?
