There is really no reason for them to reject your application if you meet their requirements. Only rejects ive seen are from people applying as E-visa and filled their information incorrectly and rejected for that.

 border control doesnt even know what for the visa is granted, it only states DTV nothing else. We can only wait and see.

 I guess people had different requirements about stamps for bank documents, but for me they accepted the printable pdf files your get from the app
