ORIGINAL POSTERAnyone here on LTR visa and was able to sign up for TrueMoney account? Their app sign up SUCKS! 😡🤦🏻♂️. I can't for the life of me figure out how to sign up for this. It's like they don't want my money or something 🤦🏻♂️ I have LTR visa but none of these options makes sense. I just want to sign up so I can order 7 Eleven delivery and be lazy 🥹 can anyone help 🥹😅

The first time, I used a copy of my non-immigrant visa. Took literally twelve hours.
After a year, they requested an update, so I gave them my Thai driver's license. Request was rather rude, rather ahead of time they just outright blocked me from accessing their services.
Unless they accept your LTR under the visa option, I’d be prepared to get a local license down at the department land transport and try again.

I got my licenses through the Department of Land Transport (DLT) offices in Udon Thani and Khon Kaen. The process is pretty straightforward if you're proactive. Just check the DLT website or visit your local office to find out the requirements. I managed to do it myself at a provincial office without knowing any Thai, so it's definitely doable. Even if you're not in a rush because you have an international license, it's still worth sorting out. Since you have an LTR visa, you'll need one eventually for local life.

You can also use bangkok bank or other thai online banking which i use for 711 delivery or cash. These two I use. Better to use cash because more often than not there are items from your order that they dont have at the time of order and cash makes it easier to pay the exact amount in case changes occur.

yes I only want to use Prompt Pay, and 7 eleven is the only place that doesn't. So annoying. 7 eleven is more convenient than Big C or Lotus. There's none of those around me so that's why I need TrueMoney. But maybe 7 eleven wallet will save me lolGregory ********

LTR is its own category, but very close to non-immigrant visa. That's the one I used (I have an LTR) and got mine without any issues. I do have a Thai drivers license though.

I did it with "Work permit book", and it worked after 2 days.

I used my passport and got it in one day. You'll have to use a Thai drivers license.

With Thai Driving license it was easy, i think i were on visa exempt stamp when i did it 😅

Guess contact the support of true money what you should select. It took WEEKS with a work permit to register with them it’s way harder then it should
