they dont state how long of a treatment plan is required, but they told me it should be ongoing, not one off.You could just send them a message here in fb and ask their opinion, thats what i did before going there and surprisingly they answered me back.

i assume with this method that you need to keep having proof each year and cant just use 6 months/1 year course/treatment and then do nothing for 5 years. you will already have the visa, but on the border official may well ask to see if you are still eligible. just a thought

this is a multientry visa.Which means once you have it you are able to enter and exit at will for 5 years.
There is no need to prove anything after the first application.
IF you were to try and extend in country then you will need to reconfirm money and criteria.
So as long as you leave every 179 days, you can cone right back, no questions asked.

They said it already. It’s not a one time proof for 5 years. When you will try to re-enter the country after totaling 6 months in country or when you will want to extend , they will ask you for continuous proof . It’s quite logic in my opinion.John *******

However, can’t imagine immigration officers at an airport being able to adequately review at their kiosk, especially with new pressure on getting people through under 45 seconds, unless they have a separate DTV line.Tony ********

for extensions i agree, its usual process to produce the same documentation. But i very much doubt that anything will be checked on entry by the boarder guard on a visit. While the soft options could require a pdf with bookings/schedule as it would be a quick check, non soft options would be difficult to have a document that could be quickly checked.Reply to

i think the 1st 180 days to year is covered no problem, but the next year, and 3 after that will be when they start asking for proof you are still doing whatever it was to get the visa

no it is not like that, once you get it is valid for 5 years, and you do not have to prove anything, only the first time on the application you have to justify it with a course or medical treatment or that you are working remotely, after that you are free to come and go as much as you like, there is a maximum stay of 180 days that can be in any case extended to other 180 days, there is a speculation on the fact you can extended it every year or not, it is not specified, some says you can extend it the first year only, others says you can extend it every year, but there is not a minimum stay….Chris *******
