Sadly it’s been happening for a few months

If you are in Thailand you need

To get a statement from your phone company which includes your address & passport number , take it into a BKK bank branch , they will take a photo of you and if you are on a current approved Visa it could / should be sorted 🤔

You could leave Thailand

A few days before that date , come back in before the 14th which can activate another 60 days ?

Yes - once approved you get 90 days to come over & apply for the 12 month extension
