yes I'm 6 months from 2nd jab now (November) but I'm news is saying if you come back from abroad without a booster will have to pay the penalty.....

yeah. Uk embassy is not being very helpful too. Just get their automated response. Changing rules all the time. I don't want to have to quarantine on return.

just got a reply the anwer is you have to be Thai national and that should be the same rule for every registration office regardless of what province your in.

seems like you have correct Stephen. Thanks for the clarification. I think it's ludicrous that you can not be a witness for your own step daughter but apparently that is the case if you are not a Thai national.
