Use a utility bill and a driver's license that shows your physical address

Send a PDF of your account showing 30 to 60 days of transactions and it must show you as the owner of the account. Checking or savings accounts no investment accounts

No but keep in mind you can not apply more than 90 days befor your arrival. I just recieved my STV last week so if you need pointers send me a PM

I applied for my 5 year DTV July 1st and after some clarification and additional do uments I was approved quickly. I applied as a digital nomad but it was very straight foward. Keep in mind they need your bank records in pdf format for 2 or 3 months sowing $16,000 usd in a single account and not an i vestment account. I also had to develop a business portfolio and it was quite detailed. I also think this visa will go away because too many will game the process. I am happy to have the 5 years and we will see how this plays out in the coming months/ years. Keep in mind that nothing in Thailand immigration stays the same.

I did but passing through immigration I have only been asked if I have a Visa 1 time out of 12+ time.
