TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying online for a NON-O retirement visa in Thailand, applicants must submit evidence of their bank account balance. Instead of physical screenshots, you can obtain this by downloading a PDF statement from your bank's website. Alternatively, some banks may provide you with printed statements upon request. It's essential that these documents clearly show your name as the account owner and display recent transactions, typically for the last 30 to 60 days. If necessary, you can convert photos of statements into PDFs using your device.

If you are unable to download a copy from your bank , if you have an iPad or iPhone ( I only know this type) you can take a photo then select share and select print ( even though you aren’t going to print) this turns the photo to a pdf that you can then save and send. Google it and it will give you a step by step how to do this.

Send a PDF of your account showing 30 to 60 days of transactions and it must show you as the owner of the account. Checking or savings accounts no investment accounts

here we go, again : according to Paul Ferrol he is applying "online" (sic!) for the 90-days retirement visa through the E-Visa online system, in his home country, not for the 1-year Extension inside Thailand. Unless of course if he is using wrong terminology 😕
Kevin ******
Download PDFs to your computer from your bank website then upload to the application.
Ken *******
If you have your own scanner at home, you can scan as a color and convert it to p. DF with the scanner software, I've been using that for 7 years now. No problem.
Ken *******
If you go to your bank website instead of printing the statement, you can download as a pdf and save it

Just as well get the bank to print for you because you need to go there on the day that you renew as you need a letter from the bank to confirm that the money is in the bank, and its a 12 month statement that you need.
Steve ******
@John *******
that's for an extension
George *******
@Steve *****

Ian *******
@George ******
I opened a separate account for my visa money. So there are only a couple of transactions each year.

You can print out your bank statements on line.

Take pictures of the last 3 months and use them..

You go to your bank website and get a pdf download of your bank statement

I needed to visit my bank in Kalix to get a print-out of my bank statement because when I logged in and printed it out from my computer it did not show my name AND my birth numbers.
Max *************
@Mikael *********
A bank statement normally doesn't show the birth date. It shows name and account number.
Mikael **********
@Max ************
Exactly so I needed to visit my bank office to fix it, no problem.
Brandon ************
@Max ************
the embassy doesn't need it to show your birthdate. That's nonsensical. No bank in the world has that. That would be an immense security breach since that's part of the security of your account.
Max *************
@Brandon ***********
You should read my comment again. I just said that a bank statement doesn't show the birth date. Was that hard to understand?
Brandon ************
@Max ************
because it doesn't have to show the birthdate. And it shouldn't show the birthdate. Then anyone who got your bank statement could steal your identity.
Max *************
@Brandon ***********
YES,that's why I sent my comment to that guy telling him there's no birth date in a bank statement.It seems you're struggling to understand.

download the statement.
