Good morning:

I am in the process of filing mt DTV application and I have run into a few roadblocks and need some help

Address: I live in a remote part of Alaska and when I put in my Post Office box address and my postal code my town is not included in the list? No what?

Professional portfolio: I own 2 businesses so I want to upload enough proof of the online business. Box 5 (professional portfolio)only allowes me to attach 1 document. How do I attach more than one or attach a file?

Hiring an agent: My first trip to Thailand during covid including the 7+7 program. I hired a agent to do my visa and it was worth it. So has anyone hired an agen?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues while filling out the DTV application, specifically regarding the address not being recognized and limitations on uploading documents related to their business portfolio. They also seek recommendations on hiring an agent based on their previous experience during the COVID-19 pandemic. Comments suggest attaching an explanation letter for the address issue and merging documents into a single PDF for submission.

If you feel unsure about the address matching, in one of your uploads attach a letter explaining the issue. Merge it with another pdf, like the one you upload as proof of address.

I have the same issue with a small french town missing from the list.

I will select the closest one in the absence of another solution, but like you I feel a little insecure about this, because then I won't match my documents.
