i did this once checked out at 23:30 for 2am flight and were no problem on last day stamp. Btw i heard 24h overstay usually fee waived too. Also can be badass officers always 😅

About non exiting TM6: Once Koh Phangan Immigration sent to next building Police to get issued TM6. Immigration told: even so we never needed to fill TM6 it is still exist, just has to be requested via police. (Completelly useless and makes no sense to me and I had to pay for

sure although did not stated what format and size we need to provide to them that.

But important that not allow to brake that visa validity, so I have to provide it every time even when going in for 3 weeks.

i did not do full bounce, but had motorbike trip to Malaysia land boarder, then from Langkawi (MY) boat to Ko Lipe (TH) (just asked VISA pdf as they did not see in the system), then went back to Langakawi and motorbike back again TH via lang boarder and there as well was fast, only PDF + passport. Sure it is free.

I made a smaller laminated visa pdf version which fits into passport. They were not thrilled, but accepted as all info were there just smaller and in 2 sides :) I do travel too much in and out...

Btw they do see the previous DTV arrival reasons' stamps...

No idea why their boarder controll system does not automatically flag which passport has what (active) VISA. Although they knew about all my other country passports..

I was reading LTR rules today and there is a section which state requirements no overstay on previous visas.

So maybe there is bad side effect of these small overstays in future for some.

Some legal office says maybe 1 time 1 day is ok but multiple one means high likely denial of LTR.

Probably somewhere else can have negative effects too.

yeh, but they knew about a passport which was never used as I just got it 1 month before at Hungary as my personal request of early renewal. And I did not use that one to enter.

The border controll officer at Suvarnabhumi, told me hey Why I have 3 passports as seeing in the system.

So surprised they knew about:

I acquired Swiss as brand new never ised but asked DTV for that. Ok they know about.

I used always Hungarian one just was approached the ending (less then 6 months till experacy) so I requested new one at Hungary (never used anywhere)

And interestingly they know about these 3..

They did not know with renewal actually other was cancelled and holed ;) so I told them only 2 usable.

I got knowledge to not do tricks to change passports to enter as they knew about all anyway ;)

Can't yiu get O-X visa too?

do you have legal text for airline request for departure or for immigration law to have out ticket?

An onwardsticket purchase is like 12$ to have something but soo useless when someone just wanna travel based on weather conditions...and or with motorbike out.

And what if I wanna go out with my own thai motorbike to Malaysia? Then no flight ticket...
