What documents do I need for my first 90-day report in Bangkok on a DTV and what is the correct office to visit?

I'm preparing for my first 90 day report in Bangkok on a DTV.

The official website lists the following documentation for an in-person report:

1. Passport

2. Departure TM.6 card (TM.6)

3. Notification of staying over 90 days (in case of having already notified of staying over 90 days)

4. Fill in details in TM.47 form and sign your name

I don't have a TM.6 (I understand they may have been stopped years ago?). I also understand the TM.6 has more recently been replaced by the TDAC but I don't have one of those yet either. Can I just ignore this section?

Secondly, for my first 90 day report can I do it in person at the new One Bangkok office (I understand the Chamchuri Square office has closed, although it is still listed on the official website).

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day report in Bangkok on a DTV, you will need to bring your passport, a TM.30 receipt with your current address, and a completed TM.47 form. You don't need to worry about the TM.6 form as it has been suspended for those arriving by air. It is recommended to go to the Chaengwattana office for the report, as the One Bangkok office does not handle 90-day reports unless your extension was issued by BOI or IEAT.

You also need a TM.30 receipt with your current address in Bangkok.

Don't worry about TM.6 if you don't have. It's been suspended for years for travellers coming by air.

You have to go to the Chaengwattana office, Government complex building B.

The One Bangkok office wouldn't deal with 90-day reports unless your extension has been issued by BOI/IEAT.

You only need TM30 and TM47 filled, that's it and passport with you.

my landlord said the TM30 was filed electronically and they don’t have any paperwork to provide me to prove it. Does that sound plausible? Would that be an issue when I go for my meeting?

I'd say it's

There is a good chance they will not ask you for the hard copy of the TM 30 because they can see that one is filed, so as long as you use the exact address when you do your 90-day report

Worst case they say you can't do it without a receipt that a tm30 was filed on you and you have the landlord file a new one, and this time export and print the PDF file and then go back and do a 90-day report after that

sounds like they didn't know what they were doing when they filed it because they have 7 days to recall the data and PRINT out the PDF that shows a TM30 was filed for you

It looks like this
