TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the eligibility for the Long Term Resident (LTR) Visa in Thailand, mentioning they have sufficient assets in real estate but lack traditional income. They also note their intention to generate rental income and their age over 50. Respondents clarify which visa type is being referred to and suggest contacting relevant authorities for confirmation on whether rental income can be counted towards the income requirements for the LTR visa.

Email them. They are extremely quick at replying to queries online. Generally speaking rental income does count towards the $80k a year passive income requirement for the wealthy pensioner LTR.

I think you're confusing visa types. Are you are talking about the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)

OR

are you talking about the Long Term Resident Visa (LTR)

If you're talking about DTV it would appear from your information you don't qualify for one.

Look at the website of the thai consulate in your country and read the requirements
