What are the document requirements and experiences for applying for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand from the Netherlands?

My DTV is approved. 

Applied for in the Netherlands where rules are stricter than in other countries. They kept asking for more documents. 

What I had to provide:

Passport

Recent photo

Address confirmation: my phone bill

Bank statement for proof of baht 500,000

For my digital nomad status:

Chamber of Commerce registration of my own company and also the client's company

Work contract

Signed letter from the client that I can work remotely
