Hello everyone. I just arrived on a 60 day visa. My girlfriend and I are expecting a daughter in December. After which, we will file the paperwork for my parental rights. My question involves my visa. Right now my understanding is that I will file an extension that will take me to the end of November. After that I plan on doing border runs until my family member visa and parental rights paperwork can get done. Is this the best way to go about things? Thank you for any advice!

Im planning on trip to Thailand for just under 3 months from uk, what visa do I need to get before leaving

I need some guidance. (American Citizen)

- I arrived to Thailand by way of a 60 day e-Visa in April.

- I visited immigration once in person to extend this an additional 30 days.

- After 30 days, I did a border run and re-entered on a 60 day stamp, which is soon coming to expiration.

It's now time to extend again, but I am confused. I have been told that I can just go to immigration and they'll extend for an extra 30 days. I've also been told that I need to leave and return?

Can someone clarify? It's near impossible to search the rules now when half the results are related to DTV or changing land border crossing rules for Laos, etc.

I just want to know what I need to do to legally stay at least an extra 30 days. After that time I'll likely ramble on somewhere else.

Hi, ok I will be arriving in October from the UK I have over 800kbht in a Thai bank a pension of around £2K and have a Thai residence. I have previously done a 90 day multi entry Non O. I have been back in the UK since May, This trip I will be retiring to Thailand full time except for a three day back to the UK in late February for my daughters wedding. What are my best options? I know you can now get a 60 day visa exempt on arrival but is this also for land borders ie. Surin / Cambodia
