The Thai Immigration Officers are not checking whether or not you filed the required 90 day report when you are in Thailand for 90 days.

Simply...You are not following the rules of Thai Immigration. Not 🚫 a Wise Decision to ignore the Thai Immigration rules.

Are you ALSO failing to have the TM30 address registration filed with Thai Immigration ?

Or get the Non O Visa as retiree in the UK

Receive the 90 days STAMP on arrival into Thailand

Plus one simple Border bounce gets you 60 more days... plus possible added 30 days.

With the Non O Visa... and residence certificate from the Thai Immigration office, likely will be able to open a new Thai bank account.

@Peter *****
the visa exempt entry of 60 days plus 30 day extension gets you 4 MONTHS... and with a single border bounce will get you the New 60 day visa exempt entry stamp. That's 6 me months with added 30 days extension possible.

With the current Thai banking situation, if you did not keep your Thai Bank account open, then you will have to find other ways to Access funds from your UK account in Thailand. As those who are on visa exempt entry and tourist visas are now not able to open or keep open a Thai bank account.

That's All subject to change.

Hmmmmm 🤔🤔

You do if you have extended it.

It appears that she had extended it for one year extension of stay as Married to Thai.

Thank You for your helpful report 👍

Congratulations 👏👏👏

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
