From Oct. 1st, is there still an extension of visa exempt period with quarantine days?

It is important to calculate when should I have my return ticket latest.

(Travel as turist, Hungarian pass, visa exempt 30d with 1 extension as default, vaccinated, arrival to Phuket or Samui sandbox) ๐Ÿ™
