From Oct. 1st, is there still an extension of visa exempt period with quarantine days?

It is important to calculate when should I have my return ticket latest.

(Travel as turist, Hungarian pass, visa exempt 30d with 1 extension as default, vaccinated, arrival to Phuket or Samui sandbox) 🙏

Answer summary

As of October 1, 2021, travelers from visa exempt countries, including those with a Hungarian passport, are granted a 30-day permission to stay in Thailand, which can be extended once for an additional 30 days at an immigration office for a fee of 1,900 baht. Currently, COVID-19 related extensions are also available for 60 days.
