I guess it’s about building up a track record helps them assess risk tough on newbie especially with hospitals ripping off the insurers

Lots out there we finally settled with Pacific Prime - I guess we only know how good there are when we get to claim I pay 35k a year which excludes outpatient , however you will need that for the O-A visa - I got here before insurance was introduced/imposed and in Phuket those rights are grandfathered

In most countries you will need to take a motorcycle test they don’t just give them away to car drivers , I spent 6 months and many hours being taught how not to kill myself or others………

Pay a bribe through an agent or Bangkok Bank and buy an insurance policy at least with the latter you get something in return - for what it’s worth.

the stamp is not forged nowhere was that suggested kickbacks are paid through the agents to immigration staff to ignore certain criteria usually funds in Thailand - the point being made is that once inside a web of corruption it’s virtually impossible to escape - some folks are happy with that everyone to there own but we should deal in experience based facts

nope many friends in Phuket are trapped in the agent hamster wheel and they can’t get out - I can only speak for Phuket immig who love agents.
