TLDR : Answer Summary
You can report your 90-day status online from 14 days up to the due date for your report. Many users have experienced rejections when applying too early, often due to address discrepancies with the TM30 form. In-person reporting is also an option if the online attempt fails.

Online 90-Day Reports are accepted from 14 days before the due date up until the due date. At least that has been my experience in Phuket. After that, in-person applications are accepted up to 7 days after the due date (strictly including holidays, weekends, or other days the office may not be open). The drive-through in Phuket Town offers excellent service and you can also use the other satellite offices in Patong and Blue Tree.

I read several weeks ago that Thai Immigration knew of the online TM 47 rejection debacle and supposedly fixed this annoying problem. I’ve become used to my online TM 47 being rejected. For the consecutive 9 months my online 90 day application has been rejected.

So, I travel to Thai immigration with all the same online information on the paper TM 47 form and it’s approved everything. I’m due for another encounter with the Online TM47 dated 29-05-24. I’m skeptical if Thai Immigration has fixed the clutch in there TM47 algorithm.

Most of the time, if you file within the two weeks before up to the actual date, it is rejected because the address you listed doesn't match the current TM30 address on file.

never had that problem and been doing online for some time now. I also apply the day I get the email reminder.

then your TM30 is correct, and matches. They only bring it up if it doesn't match

yes it is thus no rejection. So not sure if it everything is correct why people getting rejected.

lots of people stay in Airbnb rentals, and most of them don't file the required TM30, for fear the government will find out they don't pay taxes on their rental income, with most vacationers not needing an extension, or any dealings with immigration while they are here.

premature application happens to many men. I am glad you had the courage to seek help and post under your own name.

some people have gotten that notification in Bangkok. I haven't heard it from other immigration offices. And it seems hit or miss even in Bangkok.
