Has anyone received a DTV using a sponsorship letter instead of the B500k in a bank account? does this sponsorship letter come from employer, or can I  as a parent provide  that in the case of my daughter thanks

A sponsorship letter has to be from family. It can not be from a company. So yes, you can be a sponsor to your daughter.
