If you are using the business class desk, LAX is an understatement. I am not sure they even look at your passport before stamping. Human error happens. I hope that mistake doesn't affect you in Thailand.

Have a print out. Skip any problems. Every city has internet cafes and any hotel reception your at will print for you. I have been asked. I had it. No issues.
