I'm going to pop over to Cambodia for a couple of weeks and was wondering if I can file the TM30 when I comeback? Or do I have to ask the condo owner to do it again?

Rules about TM30. The owner of my condo says she doesn't have to register me again when I return from traveling abroad and in Thailand. I thought she has to. How do the rules actually looks like?
