"You must enter to Thailand before the expiry date of visa date ( = "you come IN to the country right up until the 4th of Nov) and then period of stay will count from the first day that you enter to Thailand ( = you'll always get stamped in for 60 days [from the entry day]).

Thank you for the information. Glad the transfer of stamps went easily.

Dear members, the detailed documents required vary by office. Check with your local office.

For example,

Regarding 2), some offices require copies only of related stamp pages of your passport, not all

Regarding 6), there are some offices that charge you a fee for transferring stamps while many don't.

Additionally, if your embassy is still issuing a letter with a new passport (yes, there are embassies in Thailand that still issue a letter), you need to bring that letter too.

No, you need to get a re-entry (single or multiple) permit BEFORE you leave Thailand for a trip to keep your current stamp valid until next April "alive".

The "built-in" multiple entry is valid until the visa itself is. Once your original visa has expired, you can still keep the entry stamp until the date on the stamp - without any more entry.

You can get a re-entry permit at the local immigration office or international departure airport (where you go through passport control) on your current stamp.

You should check the embassy/consulate that you want to apply for your visa through for what they accept as your financial proof. So far it quite varies by embassy.

, there is no DTV based on just being spouse to a Thai national. You need to meet the requirements for any reason for DTV.

Thank you for the update. Glad your 90-day report in person went smoothly.

Yes, you usually need your original passport, filled TM47 form (90-day report form), and valid TM30 receipt for a 90-day report in person at CW.

Hope your next report can be done online next time.

Dear members, required documents vary by office and this is reporting at the CW office in Bangkok.

Not sure what you mean by "based on Family", though anyway, no 30-day extension is available for Non-O entry.

You have to apply for 1-year extension based on the same reason as your initial visa by meeting all requirements.

OR

Only IF you have a Thai family (wife or child), you can apply for a 60-day visiting Thai family extension.

You can apply for either extension anytime now as you already have less than 30 days with your stamp.

, nationality doesn't matter in this case. The embassy letter is not applied for this when the applicant uses the monthly income method for proof of funds while working legally in Thailand with WP.
