Hello all! I know this has been covered in different places, but I’m trying to understand some
specifics pertaining to 90 day reporting. I understand the TM 30 is something a landlord fills out that you can get a certificate of residence with. I understand the TM 47 is the form used for 90 day reporting.
What I’m trying to understand is that after you do your initial 90 day reporting in person at immigration and you want to start doing them online going forward, if you happen to be traveling within Thailand at the time your next 90 day reporting is due, and let’s say you’re in a hotel in Chiang Mai, what would you upload to the online system that would be accepted? As I haven’t done it yet, I don’t know how user-friendly it is. Would you simply upload the TM 30 of the hotel you’re staying at at that time? How does it work? Thanks
Good Morning quick question about 90 days Report and my passport.
I‘m on a DTV at phuket , during the Heavy rain my passport got wet and all the Stamps are unclear accept the DTV stamp😅 but we re in Thailand so i‘m unsure if I can get a problem with moving in or out the Country. I guess a need a new one but until i receive it, I have to do the 90 days report or so-called TM 47.
I wanna go to the immigration in person just because this is the first time since I’m back.
So my questions would be what documents do I need for the 90 days report? Do they charge money for it? Is my passport specifically for the 90 days report necessary or can I use an older picture of it?
I am getting conflicting information on the internet so I would like to hear from those who know. I will be entering Thailand on Saturday with an OA visa and will not be able to reach the island where I will be living until Tuesday. I understand that within 24 hours I must report to the immigration office in the area where I live to file the TM 30 form. Other information specifies that I must file the TM 47 form up to 7 days before the 90 days expire. How exactly should I proceed? Thanks!
Yesterday I did my 90 day reporting online for the first time. Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive the receipt of notification? As of today, it’s still pending and shows the TM 47 was submitted.
When we enter Thailand with a DTV visa, do we have to present the TM 30 and TM 47 documents? How long do we have to do these? And how do we do it? Does anyone know?
So after going on the immigration website and seeing nowhere that the first application had to be done in person, I took the chance and applied online.
Applied at 11.40 this morning. Received the receipt at 16.09. 🙌🏼🙏🏻
