Hi, how long does it take to get an online TM30 approved, I readmitted 1 this morning as the first 1 I did had defaulted to today's check in date, so cancelled that 1 and did a new 1 with yesterdays correct check in date but it still says "in progress"?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 system is automated, and there is no "approved" status for submissions. If the status shows "in progress", it likely means the data hasn't been saved correctly. It's important to use today's date for filing, and after saving, you should be able to confirm your submission in the system. Processing might take a day or two for the record to update accordingly.

TM30 system is “unmanned”. It’s all automated. You enter the data and save it and it’s done.

If yours is saying “in progress” then you haven’t saved the data.

You can’t do a report using yesterday as an entry date [edited I meant “informed date”]. you do a report with today's date.

File again using today's date. Confirm the address at the top (you may have more than one address on your account). Enter the passport number, the nationality, the first name and gender (they are the only required fields). Then save the data. Once saved back out to the front screen and search on today's date. Your filing will show at the bottom.

yep done that, exported it, screenshot the result. I just wondered that having the check in date a day after I arrived will cause any problems, at immigration with my visa extension, or when it comes to doing the 90 day online in the future.

idealy you need to locate the pdf file rather than screen shot nowadays.

check-in date doesn't matter as long as after your last entry to Thailand. When you travel inside Thailand, you may want to re-submit with your address again. Nothing's different from that case.

I do my TM30 as many as I want to or I think better to do.

yeah thats a good idea, I have been travelling a lot abroad, each time within my 90 days so I haven't been doing my TM30.

@Stuart ********
, you can use yesterday as check-in date, if you mean "entry" as arrival to that address.

@Ellie ******
that is my problem, it will not go to "informed" status if I use yesterday's date

@Gert *****
, you need to

add -> save -> cancel the input window -> search the data -> magnifier icon

to see the saved data

* please check the user's guide for detailed operation

Informed date is the day you file the report.

You’re thinking of a 90 day report. The TM30 report is instant.

TM30 doesn't have "approved" status.

Search your record. If you saved the data successfully, it will be there.

, Okay, sorry, I editted my comment. It's the window for registration. You need to do "search".

The record submitted will be "informed" immediately.
