I sent everything on September 19th for EMS, I have the receipt with the tracking number and the screenshot of the immigration receipt, but I have not received anything until today. What should I do if it does not arrive within 30 days?

it's normal, they have the latest online report made by you in the system. You must allow 90 days from your return to Thailand

be careful, you must also present the copy of the bank book with the balance of the day of the extension, and some banks are not open to cw on Saturdays. you should do it in some shopping center on the day of the extension, the banks are open there
