don't advise people to go to Taiwan. Taiwan is definitely more strict than Jakarta. They check everything extensively.

Everyone says you dumb for not reading the requirements. But it's a good question. Because everyone doesn't realize that embassies can add random requirements at the spot if they want to.

In my case , I applied for the DTV in Taiwan category medical treatment. And being rich was not enough for them. I had to show what my job was . So I showed them my crypto portfolio and trades and told them I was an investor.

I do invest in crypto and luckily I had many transactions coming in and out so it was easy to prove. Not sure I would have been approved without showing that though
