In Taiwan You need a receipt , medical certificate, appointment schedule and letter from the doctor. All stamped. They will call to check.

They will also ask about your job and salary when applying for the medical treatment category.

Just normal English bank statements are okay in taiwan

In Jakarta it doesn't matter how long it is in your account. The most recent bank statement is sufficient. However it does raise questions if you just have it a few days before the application. So be prepared to explain.

Can I open a bank account in Thailand with a DTV visa?

Probably the receipt, medical certificate, and letter of the hospital for the appointments.

You also need a residence certificate for sure.

However, only Bangkok Bank branche in central Pattaya accepted it. This was a few weeks ago. So you should check it again a few times.
