Did you need to book an appointment ahead of time or just walk in with your documents?

If it's all real documents and they didn't ask you too many questions... You can just conclude you will get the visa.

Hiya, I just want to ask, did you apply as remote worker? If so would you mind sharing what you had to submit? I've been following a while and wondering if any requirements have changed at all

since I work for myself I submitted a letter I wrote myself registration of when I set up the business in 2014

I own houses, so then I submitted my insurance for the houses-property taxes for the houses bank statements of rent and showed five months of bank statements .

She said looked ok but have no clue since she is just a front desk employee

there’s only one location. Google maps has two, but only one exists.

This is the embassy location

Appears to be contrary to what has previously been posted. Online applications pay in advance and risk losing the fee. In person not paying until application granted.

no in Jakarta you have to pay when you apply. Ans sign a paper that you forfeit the fee if rejected. Same as online application. You then come 3 days later to pick up the visa or rejection. I witnessed one “pick up rejection “ when i picked up my DTV.

Which is what this post also say 🤷🏻 I applied about 2 months ago in Jakarta.

No I didn’t ask. But Jakarta is known to be easy with DTV. I wouldn’t worry, good luck 👍

Thanks for your input! That being the case they really shouldn’t have said ‘looks OK’ unless the person accepting payment was the one who actually approves/rejects?

I see your point, but initial document check has never been a guarantee of approval.

That said, in my experience Jakarta was extremely easy/lenient. I literally only provided passport, bank statement and a single hospital appointment.
