I got mine in Phnom Penh. Took a little over a month. I was actually flying out of there giving up and the same day I was flying out they approved me. Just be patient or like Andi said, shoot them an email.

I literally didn't even print my DTV last time. I went through, they didnt ask to look at it even though I have it on my phone. People don't need to worry unless they're up to something shady. Their system apparently has everything they need as soon as you hand over your passport. Anyways, welcome to Thailand!
