thank you! I called them but they said 1-2 months. I guess going there is my next move.

Can I please ask when you went and if you get the certificate the same day? Reading they need to verify the docs, even when their own ministry has legalised it, is blowing my mind. Apparently this takes 40ish days and we don’t have the time.
