In keeping with tradition I lost my condo keys on NYE. They’re trying to change 3300 to code new keycards, and seems wildly excessive. Is this normal pricing or farang prices?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is questioning the reasonableness of a 3300 baht charge for replacing lost condo keycards in Thailand, mentioning that other users report fees ranging from 300 to 600 baht for similar services. Comments suggest that the quoted price may be inflated, particularly for foreigners ('farangs'), highlighting a disparity in keycard replacement costs across different locations.

Arseholes! I paid 1800 just to get my condo broke into and it’s another 1500 for front door and lift keys, but still trying to retrace my footsteps on the night in hope of finding them before paying the extra 1500.
