Can anyone recommend a great barber, emphasis on great. Itโ€™s now been close to 2 years since Iโ€™ve had a good cut. Iโ€™ve asked this same question on other Bangkok groups, went to ones recommended and must always get someone on their first ever day cutting hair.

Best haircut I ever had was opposite side of road from nana plaza BKK and along a bit in shopping plaza 2 nd or 3rd floor,..tony & guy stialist,.pedicure & manicure absolutely brilliant job,.expensive but worth every 1 of the 1200 baht,..was back in 2009 tho,so he had a bit more hair to work with then !

I was charged 600 baht for a shitty haircut in Bangkok once. Now I go to a local Prasat (Surin) men's hairdresser. Absolute professional. Modern euro style salon. He cuts every hair on my head, eyebrows, ears, nose, neck. Massage neck. 30 mins, Asks for 100 baht. I always pay him 200 because it's worth 600.

luckily I come from a family of no baldness. we just donโ€™t go grey, we go white but I can live with that.

If you don't want to compromise go to Truefitt & Hill. It's expensive for Bangkok but I don't let anyone else but Wut at their Emporium location cut my hair. Less than what you'd pay in a western country for a comparable service. Neversaycutz and the hipster places generally give barely passable cuts but they play hip hop so people don't notice. Their barbers can be really hit or miss.

I should specify that the ability to fade thick hair is key. This is were every cut had ended up shite and me having an unwanted step cut like was somehow popular in the British 90โ€™s. Iโ€™m willing to pay whatever it takes to get a faded cut, with no ridiculous lines visible.

Donโ€™t think that would be what I need, Iโ€™m very particular, Iโ€™ve shown pictures but come out not even close to what asked for/pointed at.

Never Say Cutz . Next to Ari BTS. 500 baht. Tell them what you want and they will do it.
