Had a search before posting but can’t seem to find an answer; is a SETV in Hanoi only payable in USD?

Also, any tips on where’s best to withdraw cash in Hanoi? I’ll be withdrawing the 20k just before I fly back to DMK. Should I just bring VND back to Thailand, or exchange to THB out there?
