Just get retirment visa...there are many visa services that do it for you and they handle the funds situation...just tell them your story

U need 30 days left on your visa to apply for non b. SA now have to do toeic test which costs about 9k i think and a week to do. You will have to do that and then go to vientainne and get another tourist visa and then apply for your non b.

Are u talking about legalising your marriage at the amphur? At mate handed in all the documents and was told its a 3 months wait.....took me 30 mins 2 years ago

Yes everytime you leave the country and return u have to notify them....even if u go for a few hours
