that’s how I’ve been getting my last two visas. Trying to become independent of her so once she actually shows up for the divorce it’s not an issue. Plus she complains about providing me with documents I need.

Ok. Thank you for responses. I will check with immigration when I return in a couple weeks. She gets annoyed providing the letter and other information. Also we haven’t lived together for quite some time. I’ll probably have to get visa based on retirement then do extension before the 90 days end.

What about finances. Will it be required to show the 800k or can I get visa with transfer option then extend with same financial proof?

I’ve done the same visa in Ho Chi Min City as well as Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Talk to hospital admin. When I had my motorcycle accident they did it for me. Actually had an immigration officer on the hospital. Took me down to see them. Hospital did all the paper work and I picked up next day from same place. They didn’t do until a few days before expiration

I fly Emirates and am on Non O. They don’t ask for onward ticket.

Not looking forward to this process. I’ll be switching from Non O married to retirement at the end of the year 😢

I’ve been in and out twice since January on my O visa and have never been asked for a return ticket. I e never been asked in the five years of getting O visas.
