yes. I submitted everything for marriage. Wife’s ID, Blue Book, salary certificate, No objection letter from work.

This lady at embassy drives me nuts. I’m gonna ride this one out and if work needs me to work they’ll have to get me a B visa and WP. It’s just too much hassle to get this changed and I’m coming in less than two weeks.

until they stop issuing Covid extension which is supposed to happen at the end of the month. But he can still get family extension so a win for him.

they’ll need to go to main immigration in Phuket town for extension. For sure the one in Patong will not issue. I tried.

Is there still a 24-hour tolerance for overstaying a visa at the airport in Thailand?

I had overstayed by 24 hours before Covid. They asked why and I explained. They waived the fee and let me go with no issues.

Actually in my case I had gotten a new visa, Non Imm O, but when I came in they stamped me on my Non Imm B that was expiring. I had to exit on the B, went to Singapore and came back on the correct Non Imm O.

thank you. I checked with Patong immigration where I filed my TM30 and I need to go to Phuket town for any extension. I’ll go in the morning as I don’t have my passport or supporting documents with me at the moment.

his mother and grandmother won’t let him leave Isaan because they are afraid of Covid. I understand his safety is foremost but it’s aggravating. Even for me to visit him I need self isolate in their home for two weeks. 🙄
