Having had Visa exemption for the past few years. I have decided to obtain a 90 tourist visa so as not to abuse the system. Reading the requirements l have to report to immigration after 60 days for a 30 day extension. Can my return or onward flight be 90 days from arrival and not the 60 days before getting the extension. Thanks
Has anyone used an onward travel ticket?, I don't particularly want to buy a return ticket, onward travel tickets are available for a 24 hour period for $12. Just wondering if they are accepted by the airlines and thai immigration if asked for proof of onward travel, thank you
Hi all. I'm an Aussie and have a return ticket: arrive mid-August & depart late Oct. I haven't yet decided if to have a one week trip in September to HCMC or Phnom Penh. Is there a risk that check-in or immigration may say it's over 60 days so need a ticket somewhere before the 60 days is up? Thanks
I just realised my Return Flight is 92 days after arriving 12/6 leave 12/09. I am planning to go to Vietnam at some stage maybe early August. As the Vietnam trip isnt planned am i going to have issues on Thursday.
Hey long time travellers... Sorry if this is a dumb question, but Asia is weird sometimes.
I've got a long layover coming up in bkk. It is just from my arrival until my commuter flight home to the north. In the states I know I can just go to the counter and ask for a seat on an earlier flight (these are seldom full). Does that concept exist in Thailand?
